SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Light Polymers recently announced a patent license-agreement with Cree, a leading innovator of lighting-class LEDs, LED Lighting and power semiconductor solutions. Cree has granted a royalty-bearing, non-exclusive patent license to certain Cree patents for certain LED luminaires. This agreement will allow Light Polymers to apply their proprietary nanochemistry to affordably manufacture luminaires with special photonic films that advance the development of the LED lighting market by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of LED lighting products.
